All ESC members can take part in the e-conference on September 2020 free of charge, but you must fill in the form below in order to do so, because access to the online platform will only be possible in this manner.
Opening and closing ceremonies, ESC awards and panels will be run via Google Meet platform. There are no special technical requirements in order to use the platform (it may not work on some browsers, therefore we recommend that you have Google Chrome installed).
You can take part in the conference as a presenter or as a viewer only. In both cases, you have to fill in the same form. You will receive the necessary details in order to access the conference in early September 2020. The only requirement is that you must be an ESC member and to fill in the form. If you are not an ESC member yet, you can become a member following this link ESC website.
Abstracts will be submitted centrally, but the ESC 2020 e-conference will be organized in collaboration with the majority of the ESC working groups that have kindly agreed to support this initiative. This means that the subjects of the abstracts must fit the broader scope of one of the working groups taking part in the event. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A MEMBER OF A WORKING GROUP TO SUBMIT AN ABSTRACT TO A WORKING GROUP THEME. Each ESC member can submit ONE abstract as single or main author as long as it fits the subjects covered by the conference.
The deadline for abstracts submission is 01 JULY 2020. Please note that there will be no deadline extension!
When submitting your abstract, please have in mind the following:
We will notify you about acceptance of your abstracts and publish the programme after 20 July 2020. In case you do not receive any message from us in this respect by 10 August 2020, please let us know.
